DESCRIPTION:
GENERAL:
SWD-1000 PRIMER/ SEALER is a neoprene based contact cement formulated to be airless sprayed, designed expressly to enhance the adhesion of rigid polyurethane foams to various surfaces.

CHARACTERISTICS:
SWD-1000 PRIMER/ SEALER, when applied to porous substrates (wood and concrete) and metal (aluminum and steel) and plastics (reinforced fiberglass and ABS plastic), etc., improves the adhesion of spray applied roof, froth and pour-in-place polyurethane foam.

APPLICATION:
SWD 1000 PRIMER/ SEALER is designed to be sprayed through airless spray equipment. It may also be applied with a brush or roller. All surfaces should be clean and free from moisture, oil, grease, loose particles, dust, debris, and any other materials that would prevent maximum adhesion. Under normal clear weather conditions, spray foam may be applied after (2) hours cure time.

STORAGE:
For maximum shelf life, store materials in a cool dry area and keep container tightly sealed. Storage temperatures of 60-80`F are recommended. Lower storage temperatures will cause temporary increase in viscosity. Rotate stock on a 'First-in - First out' basis.

PRECAUTIONARY AND SAFETY MEASURES:
WARNING:
FLAMMABLE-SWD-1000 " NU-COAT' Primer/ Sealer liquid is extremely flammable. Keep away from heat, sparks, and open flame. Since solvents are present, there shall be adequate ventilation provided. Turn off all non-explosion-proof electrical equipment and other sources of ignition while spraying. Keep container closed when not in use. 'DO NOT SMOKE'

Avoid contact with skin or eyes as Primer/ Sealer may cause irritation. In case of contact, immediately flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and get medical attention
Do not take internally.
