WATERPROOF & WEATHER PROOF MEMBRANES

Arizona Foam & Spray provides spray-applied waterproof protective barriers on roof, wall, floor, walk deck and storage tank applications. Our SWD Urethane waterproof and weather proof coatings stand up to the tough Southwestern sun and heat, as well as driving rain, salt spray, blowing desert sands and snow in the high country.
We apply proven foam and coatings as part of a roof, wall or floor system, during the initial installation in retrofit or as part of our maintenance program and/or applications.

We spray-apply SWD 1929R & 1929F Quik-Shield ® tough, water resistant acrylic coatings on metal, built-up, shingle, polyurethane foam, concrete, masonry roof and wall applications. We also spray-apply a variety of specialty waterproofing coatings including SWD 951 "Quik-Shield" polyurethane elastomer for floors, walls, walk/ park decks and impact, abrasion and corrosion resistance on a variety of surfaces.

SWD 125 Foam

DESCRIPTION:
SWD 125 is a low viscosity, two component, closed-cell, HFC-245fa blown spray-applied rigid polyurethane foam roof system.  This product meets current building codes for roofing and is ideal for use as an insulating air barrier and energy saving membrane with all types of plural component 1:1 dispensing equipment.

APPLICATIONS:
* Roof Insulation and waterproofing membrane.
* Storage tank Insulation
* Bathtub liner insulation and structural support
* Freezers/ Coolers

CHARACTERISTICS:
Superior Insulation Properties:
* Highest R-Values – 6.8 per inch.
* More insulation in less space.
* Saves energy and building material costs.
* Performs equally in hot or cold temperatures.
Seamless Insulation:
* Stops air infiltration
* No joints or seams to leak air or water.
Monolithic:
* Solid, one-piece construction.
* Increases structural stability.
Self-Adhesive:
* No fasteners needed, attaches chemically and mechanically to wood, metal, plastic, etc.
* No unnecessary holes in substrates that cause energy leaks.
* Strong adhesion, not effected by wind.
Water and Moisture Resistant:
* Undamaged, closed cell foam will not absorb water or allow water to penetrate.
* Water vapor can pass through foam, allowing roof to breathe.
Light Weight:
* High strength to weight ratio.
 * Foam application adds very little weight to finished product
Cost Effective:
 * Life-cycle costing of polyurethane insulation foam offers energy savings in lower heating and cooling costs.
Environmentally Friendly:
* Reduces energy and fossil fuel requirements.
* No CFC's, HCFC’s or VOC's.  No adverse impact on ozone layer.  No contribution to global warming.
* May be safely disposed in landfills or recycled.
* Finished product is chemically inert.
Safe to use:
* Tested and approved by Underwriter’s Laboratories
* Does not give off toxic fumes after application
* Contains no Urea Formaldehyde or carcinogens

PROCESSING INFORMATION:
Under normal operation conditions, preheater setting should be 120°F-140°F. Hose temperatures are dependent on weather conditions and processing equipment, with 110°F for most types of plural component 1:1 dispensing equipment to achieve proper atomization of liquid components. Hose pressure should be 800 – 1500 psi depending upon equipment.
